GENERAL  LIMITED  WARRANTY  PERIOD  AND APPLICABILITY:    THE  WARRANTY  PERIOD  IS  30 DAYS FROM YOUR  DATE OF PURCHASE.  DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, WE  WILL  REPLACE  ANY  PART  THAT  FAILS DUE TO A  DEFECT  IN MATERIALS  OR WORKMANSHIP  UNDER NORMAL  USE AND  SERVICE  AFTER  PROPER INSTALLATION. SIMPLY BRING THE PART ALONG WITH YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT. YOU MUST BE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PART. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE  WARRANTED FOR   30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF EXCHANGE OR THE REMAINDER OF THE WARRANTY  PERIOD ON THE ORIGINAL PART, WHICHEVER IS LONGER.


REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF YOU BRING THE DEFECTIVE PART TO OUR STORE ALONG WITH YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICY. (READ BELOW)

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.

 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY: TO RETURN A PRODUCT, THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, WITH RECIPT, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE TO REQUEST A REFUND. RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM WITHIN THAT WARRANTY PERIOD. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MAY BE DENIED IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN USED OR INSTALLED.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID FOR ALL RETURNS THAT WILLl BE RECORDED AT THE TIME OF THE RETURN. INFORMATION FROM YOUR ID WILL BE RETAINED IN A COMPANY-WIDE DATABASE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING ON ANY BODY OR INTERIOR PART. ALL PARTS ARE “NEW” UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED! (USED ITEMS MAY  SHOW MINOR WEAR AND MAY HAVE SLIGHT SCRATCHES, SCUFFS, CRACKS, MARKS, ETC. MAJOR DAMAGE OR DEFECTS WILL BE MENTIONED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION).



THE BUYER UNDERSTAND THAT ANY CLAIM ON DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PART MUST BE MADE TO JA GLOBAL GROUP WITHIN THE 1 DAYS OF SIGNING AND RECEIVING THE ITEM AND THE ITEM HAS TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THE CONTENTS OF YOUR DELIVERY ONCE RECEIVED. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS FOR UPS/FEDEX/USPS RETURNS.
